Try it out, on us! Should your items not suit you perfectly, please use the complimentary FedEx label included in your package to return your items at no additional cost to you.
Be sure to note the tracking number on the label before shipping your return.
For Exchanges, please contact our Customer Care Representatives to reserve your replacement item. Once your return is received your replacement will be shipped to you free of charge.

All international orders and returns are subject to customs fees, taxes and shipping fees.

Where do I send my returns?
Included in your shipment, you will find a complimentary FedEx return shipping label. To schedule a collection, Please contact FedEx courier services at 1.800.463.3339.

How long do I have to return an item?
Returns must be shipped within 15 days* of receiving your order.
If you’re interested in exchanging an item for a different size, be sure to check the website or contact our Customer Care Representatives to ensure availability of the replacement.
*Returns made after 15 days will be eligible for store credit only. Items returned after 60 days may be deemed ineligible for store credit.
Our Policy
Items should be returned new, unused, and with all Emerson Fry garment tags still attached. Returns that are soiled, damaged or altered may not be accepted and may be sent back to the customer.
All shoes must be tried on on a carpeted surface until you are sure you are keeping them. Shoes must be returned unmarked and in their original packaging. Shoes returned with marked up soles may not be accepted.
We strive to process returns and exchanges within five business days of arrival.
Returns/Exchanges of sale items will be valued at the current posted sale price.
Sale Items are available for store credit or size exchange only. If a previously purchased item goes on sale outside of the 15 day return window it will not be eligible for a price adjustment. Sale prices are subject to change. Purchase prices are final.
